Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with applicable course work
  • Strong background in data analysis

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, with Advanced Knowledge of Excel

Responsibilities

  • Liaise between business users and HR resources to interpret business use cases, craft quality requirements, generate test plans, and ensure satisfactory execution and completion of work is performed
  • Manage biannual Workday release process by understanding both new and revised content in each release and the impact it will have on DY HR systems
  • Create and enhance HR system analytics in the form of dashboards, reports, and discovery boards to assist business leaders in making informed decisions
  • Manage the documentation of all HR system manuals – emphasizing user-friendly and easy-to-update approach for each system
  • Propose efficiency and quality improvements made evident through projects and day to day responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive responsibilities within HRIS or a similar capacity in support of the Workday platform required
  • SME level of experience in either Workday Advanced Compensation or Workday Talent Management preferred
  • Workday post-production experience is preferred
  • Project management and demonstrated ability to navigate multiple concurrent assignments from conception to completion on deadline
