Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with applicable course work
- Strong background in data analysis
- Expert level problem solving skills
- Attention to detail in working with highly sensitive information on a day-to-day basis
- Strong written communication skills with the proven capability to write for a variety of audiences
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, with Advanced Knowledge of Excel
Responsibilities
- Liaise between business users and HR resources to interpret business use cases, craft quality requirements, generate test plans, and ensure satisfactory execution and completion of work is performed
- Manage biannual Workday release process by understanding both new and revised content in each release and the impact it will have on DY HR systems
- Create and enhance HR system analytics in the form of dashboards, reports, and discovery boards to assist business leaders in making informed decisions
- Manage the documentation of all HR system manuals – emphasizing user-friendly and easy-to-update approach for each system
- Propose efficiency and quality improvements made evident through projects and day to day responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive responsibilities within HRIS or a similar capacity in support of the Workday platform required
- SME level of experience in either Workday Advanced Compensation or Workday Talent Management preferred
- Workday post-production experience is preferred
- Project management and demonstrated ability to navigate multiple concurrent assignments from conception to completion on deadline
