Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 12+ years in a strategic HR capacity, ideally in diverse and dynamic business environments
  • Proven ability to align people strategy with organizational growth in both publicly traded and private equity contexts
  • Experience navigating complex transitions like carve-outs, IPOs, M&A/Due Diligence, and start-up environments is highly valued
  • Background across multiple HR functions or time spent in consulting or cross-functional roles is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior business leaders, offering thoughtful, strategic HR guidance aligned with shared goals.
  • Serve as a collaborative HR partner, helping to ensure alignment and consistency across global HR initiatives and business teams.
  • Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs)—including Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Operations, and DEI—to co-create scalable, people-centered solutions.
  • Continuously strengthen your understanding of the business by participating in leadership meetings, roundtables, and town halls—serving as both a compassionate advocate for employees and a collaborative connector across functions.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration rhythms between business teams and the global HR community to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Lead with a future-focused mindset to co-develop talent strategies and workforce plans that enable growth, inclusion, and long-term success.
  • Guide and champion meaningful talent programs, including performance development, career pathways, and succession planning.
  • Thoughtfully support change and transformation initiatives through inclusive organizational design and human-centered change management practices.
  • Offer insightful, values-based coaching to senior leaders, helping navigate complex people matters with clarity and care.
  • Strengthen culture and employee engagement by fostering authentic connection through surveys, recognition, and community-building initiatives.
  • Stay attuned to evolving HR practices, legislation, and market trends to support informed, forward-looking decisions.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation by bringing in new ideas that elevate the employee experience and align with company values.
  • Collaborate closely with Compensation and Benefits to ensure programs reflect fairness, inclusion, and holistic support for employees.
  • Support continuous learning by designing and nurturing development programs that foster both individual growth and team capability.
  • Act as a passionate champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion—helping shape a workplace where all voices are heard and valued.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to thoughtfully attract and retain exceptional talent aligned with organizational values and needs.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic projects that support growth and transformation, including M&A initiatives, with care and a people-first approach.
