Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a related HR support role.
- Proficiency in Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP, or similar) and ticketing systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first HR point of contact for employees, providing timely and accurate guidance on HR policies, processes, and programs.
- Manage and respond to HR inquiries submitted through our HR ticketing system and email, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Support HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle transactions.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, Payroll, Benefits, and other HR COES teams to resolve complex employee inquiries.
- Support HR projects, such as system enhancements, policy updates, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide post-employment support and information for former Broadcom employees.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP, or similar) and ticketing systems is a plus.
