Responsibilities

  • Develop human resource management strategies and policies to support and meet business needs
  • Provides business analysis, system design, testing and training for HR systems and processes
  • Monitors various HR systems in production environments
  • Creates and maintains HR systems quality control, application security standards and governance
  • Understands and communicates fairly complex information specific to the position
  • Creates standard work products which are reviewed by colleagues
  • Supports the achievement of goals independently while simultaneously contributing to team performance
  • Initiates analysis and investigation to solve differing but related problems
