Responsibilities
- Develop human resource management strategies and policies to support and meet business needs
- Provides business analysis, system design, testing and training for HR systems and processes
- Monitors various HR systems in production environments
- Creates and maintains HR systems quality control, application security standards and governance
- Understands and communicates fairly complex information specific to the position
- Creates standard work products which are reviewed by colleagues
- Supports the achievement of goals independently while simultaneously contributing to team performance
- Initiates analysis and investigation to solve differing but related problems
- Develops expertise and applies solutions based on experience
- Identifies most appropriate options or methods to improve existing approaches
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting functionality to support strategic decision-making and business insights
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and priorities
- Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using platform tools
- Customized standard reports to meet specific business needs and user requirements
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports
- Create user documentation and provide training to stakeholder on accessing and interpreting reports
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in HR reporting and analytics
