Requirements

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in leading teams, ideally within a HR PMO, M&A employee integration or project-based environment.
  • Strong expertise in program governance, project management methodologies, and portfolio management within HR.
  • Exceptional ability to manage cross-functional collaborations and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on results and value creation.

Responsibilities

  • Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing team of HR Project Managers. Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Driving end-to-end delivery of HR initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across departments such as IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions that create value for the organization.
  • Develop and maintain robust frameworks for project governance, risk management, and performance tracking. Provide transparent and data-driven updates to executive leadership.
  • Drive a culture of results-based management, ensuring that all programs deliver tangible business outcomes, enhance employee experiences, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Champion effective change strategies to ensure the sustainable adoption of programs across the organization.
  • Evolve PMO practices to reflect best-in-class methodologies, tools, and delivery models.
