Requirements
- Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related degree field as a minimum required; Someone pursuing an MBA or Master’s degree in HR, I/O Psychology, or related business field is highly preferred.
- Minimum GPA of a 3.0 if currently enrolled as an undergrad. Minimum GPA of a 3.5 if currently enrolled in an MBA or graduate program.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire a systems thinker who can link various initiatives across functional teams and areas.
- Seeking a person who has the ability to work independently and as part of a high performing team.
Responsibilities
- Gather data through a number of sources to assess current state and help identify potential areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns impacting organizational effectiveness.
- Research best practices in organizational development data analysis.
- Provide support to projects aligned with cluster, regional and group strategy.
- Propose methods and KPIs to assess performance.
- Perform regular internal and external benchmarking including the monitoring and analyzing of approaches that can bring the greatest value to the organization.
- Support change management initiatives leveraging our change management methodology and approach (PROSCI ADKAR & 3-Phase).
- Recommend change management interventions and approaches based on a structured approach to change.
- Provide project management support to drive projects to successful completion.
- Build credibility through your commitments and actions. Build brand and be viewed as a trusted advisor and coach to HR and business leaders.
- Build strong relationships with leaders by providing guidance and consultation.
- Viewed as a doer and not just an order taker. Role will identify gaps and then work to fill those gaps with innovative and creative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in HR as a business partner desired.
- Prior experience supporting change management initiatives desired.
- Project management experience desired.
- Desire a person skilled in presentations and group facilitation.
- Seeking candidates with a strong service orientation and sense of urgency. Must be able to work well under pressure and be flexible in adapting solutions to changing situations.
