Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts and managing disciplinary processes
  • Foster a culture of feedback, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Implement employee engagement and recognition programs
  • Oversee the performance review cycle, including goal-setting, feedback, and development planning
  • Support managers in addressing performance concerns and coaching employees
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and internal documentation
  • Administer compensation plans and benefit programs
  • Benchmark salary and benefits to stay competitive in the market
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs
  • Support career development and internal mobility
  • Manage HR systems (HRIS), personnel files, and data reporting
  • Track HR metrics and generate reports for leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Tech
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
