Job Description
As a Leader Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in coaching and enabling people leaders by providing guidance on core people management topics. You will ensure compliance, offer real-time coaching, and support leaders in navigating complex employee-related situations. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Legal, and other HR teams, you will contribute to strengthening leadership capabilities and fostering a positive employee experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HR Program Implementation: Support the execution of key HR programs by ensuring leaders understand processes, expectations, and best practices. Proactively assist in program rollouts and change management efforts.
- Compliance and Audit Support: Manage key compliance and audit activities in the US regarding labor and rules in partnership with Legal. Partner with Legal and Employee Relations to ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
- Leader Coaching – Coach and equip leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage their teams. Provide real-time coaching and guidance to people leaders on key people management topics, including performance, attendance, misconduct, workforce planning, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
- Process Optimization: Contribute to the development of frameworks for leader support, ensuring consistency while allowing for regional adaptations in compliance with local laws.
- Change Management Support: Help leaders navigate organizational changes, communicate effectively, and mitigate resistance to change within their teams.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR analytics to identify trends in leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational health. Use data to inform coaching strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in HR, with proven experience in an HR business partnering or Center of Excellence (CoE) role, focusing on senior leadership and people leader support.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to guide leaders through complex people-related challenges.
- Deep understanding of HR policies, compliance, employee relations, and labor laws in the U.S.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilient and adaptable, with a continuous learning mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Ability to design, build and deliver scaled programs, including in-person experiences, virtual learning, diagnostics, coaching and community building for a global audience.
Preferred:
- Experience in facilitation, learning design, and content creation is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
