Requirements
- Current Junior student in process of obtaining of a Bachelors Degree
- Overall GPA over 3.0 preferred
- Ability to work 40 hours each week as this is a Full-Time internship
- Interested in a career in Human Resources or other positions in the medical device industry
Responsibilities
- Work with US Human Resources team to brainstorm tactics, understand various training initiatives, and assist in moving projects from concept to execution.
- Assist in the design and creation of training and communications materials (e.g. business unit Sharepoint Site, employee tools, training videos, posters, PowerPoint presentations, engaging emails).
- Coordinate execution of training communication tactics going to leadership and employees.
- Assist with set-up, in-session support and break-down of training classes
- Develop and administer on-line surveys.
- Assist in engagement efforts and employee activities to build upon our team and company culture.
- Compile and analyze survey results, initiative completion status, and action plans ongoing.
- Audit and provide support during onboarding process to ensure seamless new hire experience.
- Maintains employee data information in HRIS (Workday). Conduct or assist with conducting job classification, compensation, and other audits as needed.
- Administers HR departmental general and financial processes including budgets, vendor management, and accounts payable.
