Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong background in learning and development
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering effective L&D programs
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and change management
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure learning impact
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Professional HR, Learning, and/or Facilitation certifications a plus (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR; ATD, APTD, CPTD, CLDP, CLS, CPTM…)

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging, scalable L&D programs aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct training needs assessments; identify skills gaps across departments
  • Develop curriculum, training materials, and e-learning solutions as needed
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across leadership, DE&I, compliance, systems, and soft skills
  • Implement metrics to measure program effectiveness and impact
  • Partner with department heads to support role-specific development initiatives
  • Manage external training vendors and budgets
  • Provide day-to-day HR support across all employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring HR policies are understood and consistently applied
  • Support talent review and succession planning processes
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Partner with leadership on culture, engagement, and retention strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Professional HR, Learning, and/or Facilitation certifications a plus (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR; ATD, APTD, CPTD, CLDP, CLS, CPTM…)
