Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong background in learning and development
- Proven track record of creating and delivering effective L&D programs
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and change management
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Solid working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure learning impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Professional HR, Learning, and/or Facilitation certifications a plus (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR; ATD, APTD, CPTD, CLDP, CLS, CPTM…)
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, scalable L&D programs aligned with business objectives
- Conduct training needs assessments; identify skills gaps across departments
- Develop curriculum, training materials, and e-learning solutions as needed
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across leadership, DE&I, compliance, systems, and soft skills
- Implement metrics to measure program effectiveness and impact
- Partner with department heads to support role-specific development initiatives
- Manage external training vendors and budgets
- Provide day-to-day HR support across all employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring HR policies are understood and consistently applied
- Support talent review and succession planning processes
- Assist in maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Partner with leadership on culture, engagement, and retention strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
- Professional HR, Learning, and/or Facilitation certifications a plus (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR; ATD, APTD, CPTD, CLDP, CLS, CPTM…)
