Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strength in data modeling, wrangling and data visualization with technologies, familiarity with technologies relevant to data lakes such as Snowflake
  • Some experience or familiarity with agile development practices and an understanding of product backlog management
  • Strong analytical skills with a capability for problem-solving, preferably with some knowledge of business process and data analysis
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Assist in transforming use cases, business requirements and acceptance criteria into clear and actionable user stories for agile development
  • Support the analysis of current workflows, ways of working and product design to identify opportunities for improvement that align with business objectives
  • Help build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner and Development teams
  • Participate in product testing. Collaborate with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams to facilitate end user testing
  • Assist with release activities to ensure end user readiness including creating and maintaining product documentation and resources
  • Provide production support to end users, use data to monitor product stability and identify areas of improvement to drive enhanced user experience
