Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role; experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or operations environments preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across various locations.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS, timekeeping, or ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
  • Process new hires, terminations, and status changes in partnership with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.
  • Coordinate onboarding for full-time and temporary employees and support employee communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, troubleshooting IT issues, guiding on PTO, and supporting timesheet and payroll accuracy.
  • Assist with HR reporting, investigations, meeting coordination, and general administrative support across multiple locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or operations environments preferred.
