Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of HR experience required.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated understanding of HR objectives.
  • Strong analytical abilities to illustrate HR’s impact on the organization.
  • HR Information Systems experience preferred, Workday a plus.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers in the administration of compensation and performance management programs, data quality, succession planning, recruitment, colleague development, colleague engagement, and employee relations.
  • Coach managers and colleagues on workplace concerns and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Manage relationship of RPO Recruiter and assigned client groups, staying up to date on recruitment processes. Manage administrative processes from job description creation through offer stage.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and local laws and practices, including supporting all learning and development initiatives.
  • Drive successful execution of talent development, colleague engagement, culture, and Zoetis Core Beliefs initiatives across assigned client groups.
  • Partner with Finance on quarterly workforce planning updates.
  • Support and coach managers on Individual Development Plan completion and reporting.
  • Liaison with Colleague Services team on HR operational issues to support leaders.
  • Project management – other workstreams or projects as assigned in support of client service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in at least two HR functions preferred, i.e., Recruitment, L&D, Employee Relations.
