Requirements
- Strong project management and analytical skills with a hands-on approach

- Dive into a process and make suggestions for automation and improvement
- Effectively and persuasively communicates inside and outside of HR
- Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Human resources experience in client-facing roles such as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 6 years of human resources experience gained, at least in part, at a well-respected professional services, financial services, or technology organization known for disciplined business performance and engaged, consultative human resources
Responsibilities
- Own key Human Resources activities predominantly for BXTI New York employees; including talent and performance management, training and development, onboarding, compensation planning, performance improvement plans, headcount tracking and reporting, and other cyclical HR processes
- Partner with stakeholders to lead and support the planning, development, communication, and implementation of the talent management process and core HR processes
- Lead talent discussions with BXTI management and Global HRBP
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees at all levels
- Provide guidance to business on Employee Relations (ER) matters in partnership with the HR ER team on matters including coaching and development/delivery of performance plans
- Partner with employee relations and benefits to address high volume employee requests (i.e., leaves of absence)
- Partner with BXTI HRBP team and Talent Development to identify, develop and implement business-specific training solutions and talent development initiatives (e.g., mentoring, bespoke training)
- Partner with recruiting leads and hiring managers to support the lateral recruiting process
- Interpret Human Resources metrics and support core people and talent processes (e.g., talent reviews, annual promotions, mentorship programs, etc.)
- Ensure HR data integrity and accuracy by working closely with HRIS and key systems to streamline reporting processes
- Partner with broader HR team to implement and deliver HR programs – Employee Relations, HR Operations, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Development
