Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or business related field from an accredited college or university
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR / SHRM-CP) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR / SHRM–SCP) preferred
  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices, functions, approaches, and applicable employment law and regulations
  • Ability to prioritize work for timely completion in a fast-paced virtual environment
  • Ability to lead and manage large scale projects
  • Ability to follow complex oral and written instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
  • Skill in Microsoft Office applications and in operating office equipment
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
  • Ability to commute with personal transportation

Responsibilities

  • Builds business partner relationships with management and staff
  • Provides continuous coaching and guidance to client groups regarding organizational issues that are negatively impacting overall effectiveness
  • Conducts appropriate diagnosis and potential interventions
  • Manages employee relations and corrective actions matters ensuring all regulatory compliance and legal requirements are met
  • Develops recommendations and provides guidance to clients for resolution
  • Analyzes trends and root causes and looks for opportunities to improve work environment and client group satisfaction
  • Ensures clients receive assistance with all aspects of the annual performance review and rewards programs including coaching on effective documentation practices and facilitating robust calibration and talent review meetings
  • Manages the talent acquisition process within all client groups by screening, interviewing, and supporting the selection of talent
  • Ensures all new talent receives appropriate on-boarding and orientation programs
  • Ensures exit interviews are used to identify gaps in the talent experience
  • Partners with other Human Resources colleagues to seek expertise and ensures effective delivery of service.

Preferred Qualifications
