Requirements

  • Deep expertise in employment law, compliance, employee relations, and leadership coaching.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to clinic and mobile operation sites across care communities as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating integrity in all interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR Business Partner responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders across care communities and mobile operations to align HR practices with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment law, compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Act as a leadership coach to managers, supporting their development and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Assist with initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct thorough and timely investigations into employee relations matters.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit and onboard top talent for care communities and mobile teams.
  • Drive change management efforts as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational values.
  • Regularly assess HR processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide responsive support to all levels of the organization, ensuring prompt resolution of HR concerns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in coaching leaders and managing complex employee relations issues.
  • Experience supporting healthcare or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
