Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • 3+ years of HR generalist, HR advisor, or HR business partner experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws (federal, state, and local).
  • Experience with HRIS systems required; Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and interpreting pivot tables and performing data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently model Inmar Standards of Accountability, Collaboration, Transparency, Agility, and Integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to assigned client groups, providing expertise in associate relations, onboarding, training, benefits, leaves of absence, engagement, and retention while modeling Inmar Standards.
  • Review, process, and manage HR tasks within our HRIS system (Workday) with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and ownership.
  • Perform data analysis and create pivot tables to generate insights and support HR strategies and decision-making.
  • Consult with managers to ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and best practices, while promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Partner with associates and leaders to build an inclusive, collaborative, high-performing workplace environment.
  • Support overall HR operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business goals, while embracing agility and continuous improvement.
  • Provide advice and counsel on HR policies, federal, state, and local regulations, and employment law issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
