Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant.
- Assist callers with inquiries about reservations, restaurant hours, menu options, and special requests. Keep an accurate account of reservations and update regularly to include all reservation details.
- Regularly check menus to ensure they reflect most recent changes and are presented neatly and in good condition.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the assigned work areas, including host podium.
Preferred Qualifications
