Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must comply with established safety rules, policies, and procedures, including wearing required safety equipment
- Documented successful completion of lawful post-offer, pre-employment checks including criminal background check, drug screening, and physical abilities exam
Responsibilities
- Directing crane operators who are loading and unloading cargo containers from railcars
- Preparing railcars for loading and unloading by removing and installing IBC locks
- Hauling containers from the rail track to other areas of the intermodal yard for outside driver pickup
- Moving chassis and containers about the intermodal yard in a safe and efficient manner
