Requirements
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English
- Ability to stand continuously for up to 8 hours a day
- Confident outgoing personality
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, courteously, and graciously with eye contact and a smile
- Utilize Open Table to take reservations and review the daily reservation book
- Seat guests without reservations
- Maintain a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients, and daily unavailability
- Familiarize with server stations, their daily assignments, personal timing patterns, and maximum workload capacity
- Know frequent guests’ names and preferences
