Requirements
- Ability to greet and seat guests
- Knowledge of Rib Crib products served, general preparation methods, portion sizes, and prices
- Ability to discuss menu items with customers in person or over the phone
- Ability to answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Ability to take call-in orders and answer catering questions
- Ability to oversee cleanliness and organization of the cashier stand and restrooms
- Ability to perform stocking services for the to-go station and package to-go orders
- Ability to record and analyze cash flow including opening, running, and closing duties
- Willingness to assume any responsibility or perform any task as part of teamwork
Responsibilities
- Responsible for greeting and seating guests
- Must know how to read and use the seating chart and wait list
- Answers phone calls, determines the nature of the call and directs calls to appropriate persons
- Takes call-in orders and answers catering questions when necessary
- Oversees the cleanliness and organization of the cashier stand and restroom maintenance
- Performs stocking services for the to-go station and packages to-go orders
- Records and analyzes cash flow which may include opening, running, and closing duties
- Demonstrates a willingness to assume any responsibility or perform any task regardless of nature to demonstrate that teamwork is part of the operating culture
- All other duties as assigned
