Responsibilities
- Acting as the Floor Supervisor
- Providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
- Ensuring store operations are running effectively
- Driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
- Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required
