Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance must be maintained
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Responsibilities
- Represents the company to customers and prospects
- Solicits contracts for merchant services and products
- Meets face-to-face with prospects
- Installs processing equipment
- Handles customer questions or complaints in person and over the phone
- Calls or receives calls from prospective customers
- Completes applications with customers for services
- Assists with installs, program downloads and set up of equipment for the merchant
- Provides on-going support for merchants
- Must maintain monthly quota and sales criteria as defined by management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outside sales or in the sales field
