Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar MIS role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detailed oriented and strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Effectively resolving Help Desk calls daily
  • Operational support for Windows Servers and Thin Clients
  • Properly manage, track and update virus software
  • Service and maintain adding, changing and moving Phones lines
  • Support Internet Connection with modems, routers at local and remote locations
  • Install new work stations as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned
