Requirements
- 3+ years experience working in the aviation industry
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and/or airline operations highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics functions within a similar sized organization, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, lead and steer internal MFT and customer meetings
- Maintain C-check file and ensure all relevant information is available
- Responsible for C-Check file related external and internal stakeholder communication (Customer Order View, Reporting File)
- Ensure all functions have performed their required checklists, incl. their own
- Measures, analyses and utilizes key performance indicators (KPIs) on behalf of the group in order to manage material order activity.
- Ownership for C-Check project and its order lines
- Perform Heavy Maintenance Manager C-Check Checklist
- Open technical support cases with Airbus Canada (e.g. PN Activation, interchangeability, etc.)
- Clarifies technical queries utilizing technical documentation and/or liaises with technical and engineering departments.
- Provides consistently high quality responses to all customer related requests for all materials and related services to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction.
