Requirements
- Currently a High school student at Heartland Technical Academy.
- Enrolled in or planning to enroll in the ELTRN 100 course at Richland Community College.
- Strong interest in electrical engineering and maintenance.
- Excellent academic performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical maintenance tasks under the supervision of experienced professionals.
- Shadow electrical maintenance personnel to learn about PLCs, troubleshooting, motor controls, and other electrical systems.
- Participate in hands-on projects and tasks to apply classroom knowledge in a practical environment.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified timelines.
