Requirements
- 20+ years of experience with healthcare technology commercialization
- Experience developing commercialization strategies and technology transfer initiatives
- Experience in program or project management and IP or licensing strategies
- Experience transitioning healthcare technologies in commercialization
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Master’s degree in a healthcare field
Responsibilities
- Building and executing our client’s Small Business Program and stakeholder engagement strategy.
- Providing commercialization support on our client’s Public Intermediary Agreements.
- Advising on the development of key services and transition programs to support the entire R&D program lifecycle.
- Working with funded teams to develop and execute project plans, monitor progress of projects, handle administration, compile and distribute deliverables, and provide continuous feedback.
- Collaborating with federal program managers to assess needs, translate needs into requirements, and then work with providers to deliver high quality outputs.

- Experience with U.S. government health organizations

- Ability to manage multiple short- and long-term projects effectively
- Ability to pay strict attention to details and diligently adhere to deadlines and deliverables
- Possession of excellent project management, teamwork, and collaboration skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
