Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years experience in a benefits analyst role with an agency or carrier
- 1 year experience in technical support and computer systems
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Client Executives and Client Managers
- Assist in the development of new accounts
- Maintain existing accounts within the Employee Health & Benefits department
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years experience in a benefits analyst/underwriting/actuarial role with an agency or carrier
- 3 years experience in technical support and computer systems
- Missouri Life & Health license (required within 90 days of hire; company paid)
