Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Quality Auditing and/or Subject Matter Expert in a Claims Processing environment
Responsibilities
- Develop training solutions based on detailed design specifications and according to client requirements
- Support the planning, scheduling, and overall management of training solution delivery in partnership with key stakeholders
- Ensure optimal learner and faculty experience and capture feedback on engagement and learning outcomes in support of continuous improvement of training solutions and design approaches
- Ability to efficiently and accurately handle insurance claims
- Understanding relevant policies and procedures, verifying information, assessing claims for validity, and ensuring compliance with regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Healthcare Industry
- Business Process Outsourcing/Operations (BPO) experience
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification
