Responsibilities
- Translation of market strategies into actionable, sustainable virtual health strategies
- Development and implementation of workflows and processes
- Operationalize Enterprise infrastructure, processes, and enabling systems to meet demand, growth, and performance expectations
- Coordinates with, and maintains, continuous oversight of programmatic initiatives in support of the Enterprise virtual health portfolio while overseeing multiple project teams, ensuring goals are met
- Develops dashboards, action plans and other tools to continuously monitor key performance indicators, while maintaining organizational standards of experience, quality and performance
- Participates with the team to assess, plan, and implement changes as required to achieve Enterprise & regional and market strategy and programmatic goals
- Serve as primary point of contact for market program initiatives for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain highly effective professional relationships with system leaders, providers, program leader colleagues from other systems
- Responsible for strategizing, planning, developing Virtual Health services within the GA market. Monitoring performance
