4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, bonus points for health insurance / benefits experience.
Life and Health Producer License is required to fulfill this role. If you are not licensed, you will spend your first two weeks getting licensed.
Experience managing a customer pipeline or book of business format workstreams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills: able to explain complex concepts in a clear and approachable manner via phone and email.
Problem solving skills: take initiative to find solutions, even without a clear roadmap. Think and react quickly to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple priorities and ensure accuracy.

Advise and provide tailored benefit recommendations to employers, helping them navigate and expand available benefit options to meet their company’s needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employer groups, managing phone and email communication to ensure a seamless benefits experience.
Partner with internal teams to address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns throughout the renewal process.
Effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines to meet both customer and carrier timelines.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, benchmarking data, and regulatory changes to provide accurate guidance and support to customers.
Consistently meet established service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
