Requirements
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
- High School diploma or GED, required
- 2 to 5 years prior experience in managed care, sales, customer service or related experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Driver’s License may be required by some plans
Responsibilities
- Sell Fidelis Care products and services
- Conduct needs-based analysis to recommend the best product
- Educate individuals on healthy lifestyles and preventive care services
- Assist individuals through the application and enrollment process
- Represent Fidelis Care at community events and marketing sites
- Build and establish relationships within the community
- Deliver presentations to educate and promote Fidelis Care products
- Use Sales Force CRM for activity tracking and lead/referral tracking
