Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic finance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Exceptional analytical, modeling, and valuation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, including executive-level reporting
- Strong knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, periodic forecast and business reviews
- Strong working knowledge of accounting, controlling and finance operations
- Strong financial modelling skills, with the ability to translate commercial plans and activities into relevant financial models and analyses
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust at senior level and act as a change agent across teams
- Experience driving process change with non-finance stakeholders and continually striving for best in class processes
- A resilient character who can thrive in a high paced and energetic environment
- Desire to understand the details of the Business and help bring Bumble’s ambitious plans to life
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Coordinate with business unit finance teams to consolidate plans and ensure alignment.
- Provide financial insight to guide strategic decision-making and drive sustainable growth. Develop and maintain robust financial models, scenario analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership, the Board, and key stakeholders including investor relations.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CFO, Chief People Officer, Chief Technology Officer & Chief Legal Officer, and other senior executives by delivering financial insights that shape strategic decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and systems (e.g., ERP, planning software). Champion automation, data integrity, and process efficiency to enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team with a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Evaluate and potential M&A with support from the business and lead due diligence.
- Manage internal investment governance, including business case development and ROI analysis.
- Oversee the procurement team to transform the S2P process and achieve cost savings across the organization. Lead impairment analysis and other forecasting requirements needed for quarterly reporting.
