Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant sales and sales management experience in FinTech, ideally focused on SMBs, with a proven track record of success
- Strong preference for candidates with experience selling lending and credit products
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach and other sales tech fostering a data-driven sales culture
- Superior leadership and management skills that include communication, excellence, transparency, collaboration and mentoring
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work through quantitative and qualitative problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to present strategy and results
Responsibilities
- Lead high-performing sales team to grow sales revenue of our lending products from new customers
- Increase sales effectiveness by continuously refining our data-driven sales playbook that empowers sellers to secure and expand customer relationships and maximize ROI
- Refine sales process & pipeline management, implement best-in-class sales process methodologies and pipeline management techniques, and ensure their effective adoption across the sales teams
- Build foundation to scale: Collaborate closely with Sales Operations and Sales Enablement teams to construct a scalable and sophisticated infrastructure capable of handling increased sales complexity
- Thought Leadership: Support the Lending GM to achieve Lending Business Unit OKRs and shape the multiyear BU strategy
- Drive winning sales culture & operating rhythm rooted in data-driven decision-making, coaching, and accountability
- Own front-line sales performance. Track and monitor results, deeply understand drivers, hold managers and sellers accountable for delivering on quota and related KPIs
- Grow our talent by recruiting, onboarding and mentoring high performing sellers and ensure robust career pathing and trajectory to retain top performers
