Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams from the ground up
- Strong understanding of product-led growth models and how to leverage them for enterprise sales
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt sales approaches to evolving market conditions
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ARR growth; Design and implement the enterprise sales playbook, including account segmentation, and sales methodology
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise customer acquisition and expansion
- Create and refine the sales process to efficiently convert product-qualified leads to enterprise accounts
- Establish forecasting methodology and predictable revenue streams
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and function teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Identify new market opportunities and develop penetration strategies
- Design compensation structures that drive desired behaviors and outcomes
- Work closely with product teams to incorporate enterprise customer feedback into the roadmap
