Requirements
- Proven track record in a similar role, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS company which has reached scale (> $100M ARR/Revenue)
- Have overseen/run the Sales/Revenue Operations function either globally or at the theater level (Americas, EMEA, or APJC) at a B2B Enterprise Software scale-up
- Extremely strong analytical, presentation, and program management skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, concise manner to all audiences
- Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment where things can be ambiguous and you need to operate with autonomy
Responsibilities
- Partnering with the CRO, Sales, Success, & Company leadership, Finance, Marketing and other cross-functional peers as necessary, to help design and execute on key initiatives
- Help support day-to-day/business-as-usual activities related to the revenue team’s operating cadence management, forecasting, key business metrics reporting, approval workflows etc.
- Partner closely with the data team to arm individual contributors and leaders alike with appropriate reporting/dashboards with key performance and/or business metrics
- Owning, administering, and supporting the sales and marketing tooling stack leveraged by our front line teams
- Leading all aspects of the revenue operations function – market/segment sizing, sales coverage design, quota + territory allocation, incentive plan design, support with fiscal year planning, enablement etc.
