Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in setting up PMO organization
- PMP certification
- Proven track record (6+ years) of project management for ERP Implementation
- Demonstrated Ability to Scale teams
- Strong backlog management skills and business planning
- Ability to manage multiple projects and major-sized clients
- Detail-oriented and can articulate complex business issues with a proposed solution to rectify the current situation
- Ability to review existing processes, adhere to processes, provide leadership to the team on process rules and articulate areas for improvement with desired results

Responsibilities
- Build the infrastructure for our Project Management Office
- Identify and create Systems and tools that provide consistency across all our projects from setup, planning, monitoring, timely billing, go live and closeouts
- SOPs for Project setup, Risk Escalations, Change requests, Meeting cadence, Project Reviews, Resource Allocations
- Ensure continuous improvements are made based on customer journey feedback and ensure retrospectives
- Monitor project managers to ensure compliance with our tools and standards
- Lead the monthly billing cycle to ensure timely and accurate billing, verifying PIR accuracy and releasing for invoicing. Assist in resolving discrepancies
- Ensure the project setup requests from the IMP intake are executed promptly and setups are consistent and meet standards
- Mentor and train the Project Manager on what good looks like
- Ensure Development and succession planning is done to grow our Schedulers to project managers, and project managers to more senior projects and provide this to their managers for execution
- Act as an escalation point for the Project Managers
- Ensure Project Managers are hitting billable targets and are delighting customers
- Accountable for the assignment of project management for each active project
- Responsible for the oversight of project status by client and confirmation that PMO processes are being followed and executed
- Act as Steer co-leader for customer projects that require this level of governance
- Ensure proper risk identification and management on all projects
- Ensure resources are properly allocated to maximize internal resource capacity. Escalate to Head of Delivery if not
- Review Budget to Actual stats for our IMP projects as an oversight
- Monitor and track Change Requests required on projects
- Ensure that project escalation is handled quickly and efficiently, risk mitigation is done, and CRs are managed to ensure minimized project right offs
- Identify new service areas required to support projects like OCM needs, and develop tools and resources where required
