Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in People/HR roles in high-growth tech companies, including experience leading or building a people function
  • Experience scaling a People function from Series A through Series C and beyond
  • Deep knowledge across core HR areas: performance, compensation, engagement, compliance, talent, benefits, and employee relations
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HRIS, ATS, and analytics platforms
  • A thoughtful, people-first approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across all levels
  • A builder’s mindset, you like to create things that don’t exist yet, and you’re energized by ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Building out and leading our People function
  • Guiding and assisting team members with hiring, benefits, and strategic development
  • Designing and implementing programs that reflect Arch’s values and support every stage of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Leading performance management, feedback, and engagement processes while proactively using employee insights to drive improvements
  • Building and refining hiring processes that are efficient and aligned with our growth goals, including compensation benchmarking and workforce planning
  • Managing payroll and benefits operations, including vendor relationships and evolving offerings based on team needs
  • Standing up scalable people systems and tools to support HR operations, compliance, analytics, and data-informed decision-making
  • Handling complex employee relations (including immigration) and ensuring compliance with employment regulations
  • Partnering with leaders to plan ahead for hiring, shape how teams are structured, and make sure we scale in a thoughtful, sustainable way
  • Coaching and supporting managers at all levels to help them grow as leaders and build strong, healthy teams
