Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling into enterprise, government, or highly regulated vertical markets.
- Proven track record building and scaling marketing at an early-stage or growth-stage company.
- Hands-on across all major marketing functions (demand gen, product marketing, content, brand) — comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing the work.
- Deep understanding of modern marketing tools, technologies, and performance metrics.
- Skilled at developing differentiated positioning and messaging in competitive markets.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to align with sales, product, and executive teams.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
- Analytical and data-driven—comfortable running experiments, analyzing funnel data, and making decisions rooted in metrics.
- Creative and scrappy—can build high-impact programs without needing massive resources.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute campaigns across paid channels, SEO, email nurture, webinars, and partnerships to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Oversee messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, launches, and sales enablement — partnering closely with product and sales leadership.
- Develop the content engine—blogs, whitepapers, case studies, customer stories—that fuels inbound interest and supports sales.
- Define and evolve Vultron’s brand identity, tone of voice, visual language, and creative assets to stand out in a competitive market.
- Set up and optimize marketing automation, CRM integrations, reporting dashboards, and lead scoring to ensure scalable growth.
- Manage and mentor the Sr. Product Marketing Manager and future hires. Build a high-performing marketing team over time.
- Partner with product, engineering, and sales to align messaging, drive launches, support revenue targets, and bring customer feedback into marketing strategies.
- Define KPIs, track marketing performance, and optimize efforts based on data and insights.
