  • Analytical expertise in campaign performance, trend identification, and optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across all channels, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization.
  • Own pricing, promotion, and marketing spend strategies, leveraging data analytics to identify trends and maximize ROI.
  • Define and track KPIs, providing regular performance insights to leadership.
  • Implement a multi touch attribution model followed by a media mix model for accurate marketing measurement.
  • Lead web presence strategy, in partnership with content and product marketing, including SEO and site optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing growth team.
  • Optimize marketing operations, systems, and workflows.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts for demand generation.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuously testing new campaigns, channels and creative approaches.
  • Communicate strategic insights and recommendations to executives.
