Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in GTM Operations, RevOps or Sales Operations.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams in software companies.
  • Deep experience with GTM processes and technology stacks.
  • Strong analytical skills, and experience addressing complexity with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the GTM Operations strategy, partnering with the CRO and GTM Leadership team, aligning with overall company objectives.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing GTM Operations team.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance GTM efficiency and effectiveness. Design and implement efficient and scalable GTM processes.
  • Own and optimize the GTM technology stack (including CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, analytics tools). Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve GTM efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain detailed revenue analytics and reporting. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all GTM systems.
  • Analyze GTM data to monitor key performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to the GTM leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and manage strategic GTM projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, partnering closely with Finance, Data and Supply teams.
  • Develop and deliver effective GTM enablement programs, including training and resources. Ensure GTM teams are proficient in using GTM systems and processes. Create and maintain a knowledge base of GTM best practices.
  • Oversee administration of sales compensation plans, including quotas, territories, and plan enhancements.
