Requirements
- 5–8+ years in B2B demand gen or growth — with Series A / early-stage experience
- Proven track record owning pipeline and managing SDRs
- Hands-on with outbound, paid acquisition, ABM, and field marketing
- Clear communicator and operator — thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Skilled with Clay, Unify, Webflow, HubSpot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Ads
- NYC-based and excited to be in person
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline strategy across outbound, paid, ABM, content, and field
- Manage SDRs and scale outbound using Clay, Unify, Outreach, and HubSpot
- Launch multi-channel campaigns and co-marketing programs with partners
- Lead field marketing — events, roundtables, and conferences
- Own messaging and conversion on our website (Webflow + Amplitude)
- Track, report, and optimize funnel performance and ROI
