Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operations, program/project management, or related fields
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion
- Proven track record of bringing operational rigor to unstructured environments, projects and programs
- Strong technical background (e.g. computer science, engineering, data analytics)
- Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage contractors
- Strong vendor management skills and experience overseeing external partners
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, zero-to-one environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery team, including technical delivery / production managers, to drive high-performance and professional growth
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic data labeling/annotation/curation projects and initiatives, across varying customers and timelines
- Implement standard operating procedures for project intake, delivery, contractor management, and quality control, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Define and execute the strategy for building high quality, high volume data pipelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with research, engineering, product, growth, operations, and GTM leaders operate and scale the DaaS business business
