Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing and growing online communities (Discord, Reddit, forums, etc.)
- Familiarity with user-support tools (Intercom, Zendesk, or similar)
- Experience organizing community events or meetups
- Comfort collaborating directly with product and engineering teams to communicate user needs
- Bonus: Experience managing communities for open-source or developer-focused projects
