Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership or general management role with a proven track record of building and scaling teams or initiatives.
  • Expertise in defining growth and sales strategies, leading complex projects, and balancing short- and long-term priorities to drive advisor business development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a P&L, overseeing budgets, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and advisors.
  • Excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, approaching challenges with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan and roadmap for the Pro and Fora X cohort, defining strategic goals, key milestones, and success metrics that align with Fora’s overall growth and innovation strategy.
  • Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and make data-driven decisions that accelerate advisors’ business growth.
  • Design and execute Pro- and X-specific skill-building programs with detailed project plans, efficiently managing resource allocation and coordinating cross-functional teams, including product, operations, marketing, and finance.
  • Establish and maintain robust communication systems for Pro and Fora X advisors through WhatsApp, Forum (Circle-based digital community), and email, ensuring clear understanding of opportunities and responsibilities.
  • Serve as a thought leader within the Fora community, promoting travel industry best practices and facilitating knowledge sharing. Act as the primary leader for Pro and X advisors and when working partners and internal teams on relevant projects.
  • Partner with cross-functional partners to enhance retention and build community engagement, leveraging insights to refine programming, products, and initiatives.
  • Conceptualize, execute, and measure the impact of Pro- and X-specific in-person experiences in collaboration with the Advisor Events Producer and Head of Travel Operations.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to strengthen community engagement and support knowledge sharing among top-producing advisors.
