Requirements
- Ability to read, understand and perform standard procedures and work instructions.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Basic mechanical skills desired.
- Basic math and logic skills required.
- Basic computer skills and software use desired.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Responsibilities
- Performing basic repairs on the partial portfolio of handpieces and/or medical equipment as assigned by Supervisor.
- Performs diagnosis and failure analysis using appropriate test equipment and tooling.
- Documents device evaluation, service recommendations, parts required and preventative maintenance feedback on service work orders.
- Repairs and performs quality testing of products to established specifications as required.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by lead or management.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0- 6 months professional work experience with proficiency in relevant mechanical trades preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
