Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage the hotel lobby and arrival/departure experience to ensure a seamless experience
- Handle guest complaints and ensure follow up occurs in a timely manner
- Train new team members
- Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews
Preferred Qualifications
- Two to five years previous experience in Guest Services or a related field preferred
