Requirements
- 3–6 years in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or a strategic GTM/Revenue role supporting complex enterprise sales
- High curiosity and interest in AI and emerging tech, and how these technologies are transforming business
- Excellent structured thinking and communication skills—you’re confident turning complexity into compelling executive-ready narratives
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills across functions and seniority levels
- Self-starter mindset, with comfort operating in ambiguity and a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Responsibilities
- Drive GTM strategy for top enterprise accounts and AI/ML or generative AI use cases, aligning stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and the Exec team
- Serve as a strategic advisor on key deals—leading stakeholder mapping, account planning, opportunity analysis, and creating C-level pitch materials
- Build repeatable GTM frameworks, sales plays, and industry-specific toolkits that turn one-off wins into scalable programs
- Lead sales enablement initiatives that bring product strategy and value messaging to life for enterprise buyers
- Use customer segmentation, vertical insights, and account intelligence to influence territory strategy, campaign design, and messaging priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS, data/AI, or go-to-market roles in regulated industries like finance, healthcare, or public sector
- Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot or other platforms
