Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing a team in business analytics, GTM strategy, sales operations, revenue operation or a related function
- Proven success in leading teams that analyze and report on business performance in a revenue-generating environment
- Strong analytical and technical skills with expertise in tools like SQL, Tableau, Excel, and marketing platforms
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex insights into clear business narratives
- A proactive mindset, strong business acumen, and a desire to make an impact
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of analysts focused on GTM strategy and operation
- Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting to track business performance and support executive visibility
- Guide the team to analyze trends, uncover root causes, and develop hypotheses for performance changes
- Drive strategic analysis and deliver insights to support Sales, Marketing, and Product decision-making
- Partner with Data, Engineering, and Product teams to enhance data infrastructure and improve data accessibility
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization
