Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience at a top investment bank or major law firm.
- Exceptional self-motivation and entrepreneurial drive.
- Demonstrated ability for creative problem-solving and perseverance through challenges.
- Strong understanding of deal workflows and pain points in legal or financial contexts.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.
- Bachelor’s degree with exceptional academic record required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for penetrating legal and financial services verticals.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target law firms and financial institutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate industry needs into product roadmap priorities.
- Create compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with sophisticated legal and financial professionals.
- Design and implement sales processes optimized for enterprise selling to law firms and financial institutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with customer success to ensure successful onboarding and expansion.
- Represent Centari at industry events and establish thought leadership in the legal tech and fintech spaces.
- Track and report on key GTM metrics, providing insights to refine strategy and execution.

- Experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in knowledge work.
- Previous startup experience or demonstrated interest in technology.
- Network within legal or financial services sectors.
